Network and System Administration:

DBM Systems is offering a technically experienced company and all its resources to help your entity.

DBM will help setup and maintain the following:

  •  All network and systems administration troubleshooting

Support Methodology:

DBM Systems is a "first line of support" resource. When a computer or a network component fails (server, printer, bridge, router, etc.), the company to call is Dbm Systems. Our technicians answer the support calls almost immediately and dial into the network or workstation. They then make recommendations as to the "fix", and if possible, correct the problem while they are online with the customer.

Anyone who has ever supported networks know that there can be many things, or a combination of things that can be wrong. Our network administrators will stay with the problem trying different resolutions until the problem is resolved. System/Network administration is a very hard responsible job and without help can be most difficult, that’s when it's time to call Dbm Systems.

8 X 5 Telephone Support:

Support includes complete support from 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. (EST), Monday through Friday, excluding standard holidays. Call back response time for support is guaranteed at 4 hours. Actual response time averages 10 minutes.

Hardware Supported:

All hardware brands are supported. Dbm Systems provides trouble-shooting services including all servers, printers, bridges/routers, cables and network components.

Operating Systems Support:

Dbm Systems supports all flavors of UNIX. We have a combined total of over 50 years of first hand experience in all UNIX environments.

SCO, HP-UX, Linux, IBM-AIX, Sun Solaris, DG UNIX, etc.

DBM Systems supports all Windows – Windows 95/98/NT/2000 and XP

Entire Customers Networks:

When Dbm Systems acquires a customer through its Annual Support Plans (ASP), the ASP completely covers all networks and systems belonging to the entity.

Example: If the entity had networks for financials, fire, police, utilities, etc, the Dbm Systems ASP provides service to all networks and all of their components.

PLAN A

Includes 40 Hours of Support, On site or by telephone. $4900

To activate this plan, DBM Systems will make an on-site evaluation (one time rate of $1200). A list of all hardware and network components is listed and fine-tuned for maximum performance. DBM Systems will then be responsible for maintaining the network and all components listed for 40 hours. DBM Systems feels that this a major savings over hourly billing and the cost for this same service from other companies and ours, is a $3000 savings.

Because the technician will be traveling for on-site support, DBM Systems bills only 50% of travel time and are deducted from the base 40 hour limit. All travel and per diem expenses are bills at actual cost.

PLAN B

                    Includes 24 Hours of Support by telephone. $2700

This Plan was originated for those entities that may not need Plan A with on-site service and would be more affordable. The same technicians and service standard is maintained throughout all service plans available and equates to a $1200 savings over per hourly rates.

PLAN C

                    Includes 12 Hours of Support by telephone. $1700

This plan is very popular with the Colleges and Boards of Education. It is an inexpensive way to maintain proper network and system administration without having a large staff. This plan is very affordable and lends itself to a feeling of ease knowing there is someone to call if there is a problem and is a saving of almost $700 over per hourly rates.

These Plans can be viewed as the network / systems administration "insurance policy". Someone to call if there is a problem. DBM Systems offers the best Network and Systems Support available at an affordable price.

* An on-site evaluation is required for new customers at a one-time rate of $1200. Expenses are billed separately at cost for any on-site visits.
